Monthly Subscription Change Tracker

You are managing a subscription service and have a list of changes to subscription counts (increases and decreases) over a month. Write a program that calculates the total number of subscriptions at the end of the month. The input starts with an integer indicating the number of changes, followed by the changes themselves.
