Design the backend for a web-based collaborative logic-circuit builder (similar to Figma but for circuit simulations). Multiple engineers should see component movements and wire connections in real-time. The system must handle state conflicts if two users move the same gate simultaneously and must support a persistent 'undo/redo' history for the entire project.
