Design a fleet management system to track vehicle maintenance. Vehicles (Trucks, Electric Vans, Scooters) have different maintenance triggers: Trucks need oil changes every 10k miles, while Electric Vans need battery health checks every 6 months. The system should track the 'HealthStatus' of each vehicle (Healthy, ServiceRequired, OutOfService) and generate maintenance 'Tasks' for mechanics. Mechanics need to be able to log their progress on these tasks.
